About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Industrial Leasing to lead and execute leasing strategies for industrial and logistics properties. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new industrial and logistics leasing opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and other stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end leasing transactions including negotiations, documentation, and closures.
Prepare market research, leasing proposals, and presentations for clients.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, research, and legal for seamless execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
8 – 12 years of experience in industrial / logistics leasing.
Strong market knowledge and network in industrial real estate.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets.
