About the Role
We are looking for a Research Analyst to build and maintain market data across industrial, commercial and retail assets, and to turn that data into clear, decision-ready insight for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Track supply, absorption, rentals and vacancy across key micro-markets.
Build and maintain databases of transactions, projects and inventory.
Prepare market reports, thematic notes and client presentations.
Support feasibility studies and financial models with primary research.
Present findings clearly to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Real Estate or a related field.
2 – 4 years of research experience, preferably in real estate or consulting.
Strong analytical and MS Excel skills.
Clear written communication and report-writing ability.
Curiosity and a high standard for data accuracy.
